2.4 Google Workspace Data

When you connect a Google account, we receive the profile information you authorize and, depending on the permissions you approve, may access data from Google Workspace services (together, “Google Workspace Data”). This data can include Gmail messages, attachments, labels, and metadata; Google Drive files and metadata; calendars, events, and availability; and Google Docs and Sheets content. The approved permissions may allow a feature you request to read, create, edit, send, organize, or delete data within the scope shown on Google's authorization screen. We access this data only after you grant permission.

4. Google Workspace Data and Limited Use

4.1 How We Use Google Workspace Data

The Effective AI agent accesses and uses Google Workspace Data only as needed to complete the task you request and provide features that are visible within our services. These features may include finding, reading, organizing, drafting, sending, creating, editing, and summarizing emails, files, documents, spreadsheets, and calendar information; answering your questions about that information; and generating outputs that you request. We do not use this data for advertising, marketing profiles, determining creditworthiness, or surveillance.

4.2 Service Providers and Permitted Transfers

With the consent we obtain before you connect your account, we may send only the Google Workspace Data reasonably necessary to provide a feature you request to service providers that operate our cloud infrastructure and commercial AI services. Depending on the feature and model selected, AI providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Vercel, xAI, Modal, Thinking Machines Lab, Perplexity, Groq, and Exa, as well as inference providers made available through an AI gateway. They process the data on our behalf only to return the requested result and are not permitted to use it to train or improve generalized or foundational AI or machine learning models.

We otherwise transfer Google Workspace Data only when necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law or regulation, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after obtaining your explicit prior consent.

4.3 Human Access

We do not permit our personnel, contractors, or service providers to read Google Workspace Data unless you give documented consent for access to specific data, access is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or access is required to comply with applicable law or regulation.

4.4 Training Restrictions

We do not use or transfer raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google Workspace Data to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational AI or machine learning models. We do not sell this data.

4.5 Storage, Security, and Retention

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Google Workspace Data and generated results may be stored when they become part of your chat history, an artifact, or another output produced for a feature you request. We disclose this storage before you connect your account. We retain the data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, satisfy our contractual commitments, and comply with applicable legal obligations, and protect it in transit and at rest using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

4.6 Your Controls

You may disconnect your Google account through the Connected Accounts settings to stop future access by our services. You may also revoke access through your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting does not automatically delete data already stored in chats, artifacts, or other outputs. To request deletion of stored Google Workspace Data, OAuth credentials, chats, or artifacts, contact legal@effectiveailabs.com.

4.7 Limited Use Compliance

Effective AI's use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace Data is shared only as described in Section 4.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist in our operations and are subject to contractual restrictions
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, subject to applicable consent requirements
• Consent: With your explicit consent for specific purposes

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
